Once you have clarity on what you want the coaching to achieve we will match you with the best coach to achieve your goals.
All of our coaches have worked in senior roles before becoming coaches and bring a blend of organisational experience as well as coaching expertise to provide leaders with the best possible support they need to get results. We have a number of coaching programmes and will work with you to tailor a coaching programme to meet your specific needs and those of your organisation. Most of our coaching is conducted in person in central London but we are happy to travel and can also do coaching via telephone and Skype.

Career Transition Programme – for leaders moving into new roles, preparing for promotion or returning from a career break this is a great way to quickly get up to speed and achieve success
Moving into a new leadership role or returning from a career break can be a challenging and lonely time for a leader. The Career Transition Programme equips you with the support you need to successfully get you through the first 100 days of your new role or return to work.
The programme will start with a 3 hour intensive session to enable you to step away from the day to day running of your business and think clearly about the key deliverables you need to consider in your new role. You will walk away with a workable plan and feel confident about how to achieve it. It is your agenda based on your needs but the programme provides you with the opportunity to explore everything including your strategic plan, stakeholder engagement, direct reports as well as your own personal development. To keep you on track and give you access to the resources you need, you will have a further 4 coaching sessions as well as access to email and phone support when you need it.
Career Clarity Intensive – for leaders looking to understand where to take their career or reconnect with their current role to achieve fulfillment at work
Many of our clients find that after several years in a job they are not as fulfilled as they would like to be. Often people who feel this way simply jump ship, taking the first new opportunity that comes along and sadly they can find themselves in the same boat 6 months later. If you are feeling this way the best thing you can do is to stop, take stock of where you are and plan your next step carefully.
The Career Clarity Intensive does just this and takes clients from confusion to clarity in just 3 hours. Following our proven process our clients tell us that taking this time out to reflect on what they truly want from their career and to plan how to get it, has been the first valuable step in achieving their ambitions. The programme includes two follow up sessions to keep you on track with your career goals.
6 month Executive Coaching Programme – A popular coaching option for all leaders working on specific skill development and day to day leadership challenges
Structured with an initial 2 hour meeting this will include meeting with a business sponsor where appropriate to agree to the objectives of the coaching and will follow with 5 sessions. This programme is designed completely around you. During the sessions we will work on specific objectives agreed at the outset and develop a plan to achieve them. The frequency of sessions are dictated by your specific circumstances, with e-mail and telephone support also provided in between sessions.
The structure of this programme allows you to implement changes and see real progress towards your goals in between sessions. You have plenty of time to reflect, practice new thought processes and refine what you want to achieve. Clients tell us that the process of agreeing upon a course of action, completing it successfully and reporting back at the next session is the ideal motivation.
